Founded in 1986, Servithen specializes in thermal and environmental services, and stands out for its expertise in energy recovery and flue gas treatment.
With 38 years of experience, Servithen operates internationally, notably in France, Algeria, Morocco and Kuwait.
Since 2023, the company has been Ecovadis and French Fab certified, reflecting its commitment to technological innovation and French industrial excellence.
These 2 certifications complement the Gazelle label, received in 2005, recognizing the company's rapid growth and exceptional profitability among French SMEs.
Sustainable solutions for an energy future
Servithen offers a complete range of services, from the supply of turnkey equipment to work on existing installations. Its main activities focus on two key sectors:
- Thermal incineration and energy recovery plants:
- Furnaces: used for waste incineration and heat recovery.
- Boilers : converting thermal energy into steam for various industrial uses.
- Heat recovery units : improve energy efficiency by recovering waste heat.
- Fume treatment:
- Wet process with
- Venturi scrubbers: water spray dust removal, capturing fine particles and saturating gases with moisture.
- Scrubbing towers: capture of acid gases (HCl, SO2) and heavy metals using appropriate acid or basic solutions, with multi-stage operation to maximize efficiency.
- Wet electrostatic filters (Electrofilter): remove residual dust from saturated flue gases.
- Dry process thanks to
- Dry reagent treatment units: using cyclones, bag filters and reagent injection to treat acid gases, heavy metals, volatile organic compounds, odors and NOx.
- Dry electrostatic precipitators (Electrofilter): capture of dust by electrostatic precipitation in an electric field.
